DISAPPOINTED, WOOLWORTHS MESSED UP MY CREDIT SCORE

Trusting woolworths was the biggest mistake of my life. it all started when i wanted to buy a property and since i didn't have any credit, i had to open an account for credit scores. woolworths was the 1st store that came to my mind. i opened an account and i was using a temporary card. within 2 days of collecting my actual card, before i could even activate or utilize the card,***** was done on my account.while i still had the card in my possession and i was told i cannot make use of my card without my id book. i then contacted the branch, i filled in dispute form and provided them with all the required documents. i received a monthly statement which was reflecting all those transactions which they promised to reverse. when i called them, they were only shifting the blame but promising to fix it. meanwhile i was continuing to make my payment as normal. this morning i received a call from their collection department telling me to make a payment due on the account. when i asked if she is aware that there was ***** on this account she said no and hung up the fone. i got upset and called them immediately, i spoke to another consultant who threatened not to assit me because i was upset
