Disappointed - Woolworths Financial Services

Woolworths Financial Services....what a bad idea. Have a woolworths credit card. Card was blocked due to an entering incorrect pin. So got to the woolworths store only to be told i must go to AbSA Bank to reset my pin. What? Im sitting here in a very long queue. I just hope Absa doesnt refer me to Standard Bank to fix issues that they are supposed to fix.
