Disappointed woolworths

So I am another annoyed customer with regards to the online toiletry sale. I purchased for R1600 only to receive an email to say there's no stock. All my time, data and effort goes in vain. This is the second time. Happened in August as well. They allowed the staff to purchase the sale items instead of them packing it for the online orders. Why bother with us customers. Why not just sell to your staff all the time.
