Disappointed with Poor Service and Non-Delivery

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day well in advance, expecting a timely delivery. Not only did they fail to arrive on time, but they weren’t delivered at all! There was no update, no communication, and when I tried reaching customer service, I was met with unhelpful promises.

Valentine’s Day is a special occasion, and this company completely ruined the surprise. If you can’t handle high-demand days, don’t take orders you can’t fulfill! I won’t be ordering from here again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable service.
