Disappointed with Customer Service at Woolworths Financial -

I had a loan with Woolworths Financial Services which was closed and settled in Feb. I have called them several times as I am getting a statement monthly showing that I owe R41.67. This problem is not getting sorted out after being re assured that this was corrected and in order. It also still reflects on ITC. This is so fustrating and wasting my time calling them and also holding on forever with the call center. I wish they will just correct and update their records. Regard AG
