Disappointed in your customer service

On 6 April I send a mail to Woolworths and on 9 April they said they will get back to me?but still haven't heard of them I'm very disappointed in your marshies I bought 1 box beginning of March and another om 1 April with other Easter goodies but havent checked it as your stuff is always on point and fresh ... and you are Woolworths after all.

I made some Easter packets for our Sunday School and our church bazaar and this afternoon there were still left in the boxes when I ate some I realize that the ones I bought in March taste funny and the colour is also not nice,but the other one was fine. But on the box it shows the 1 I bought first only expires a month later than the 1 I bought in April.

I am really disappointed in your product as I only buy it Easter times,but this time I gave other people as well from the marshmallows without knowing that it taste so funny and old.
