Disappointed in you Woollies!

I am giving woollies a 1* ONLY for this review. Usually it's a 5*. They have "play& win" event -where 9 squares appear and you choose a square and get discounts - for example R75, R100, R150, R200 vouchers off either clothing, home or food items. Sounds fantastic doesn't it. The only trouble is, for example...if you get the R200 home voucher, you can ONLY USE it if you buy R700 or more worth of home items. And btw if it's a food voucher you're required to spend even more before you can use ghe voucher. I wonder why they do this...it's a lovely concept why don't they actually let people really benefit.
