Disappointed in Woolworths Somerset Mall

So yesterday I visited Woolworths Somerset mall to get a gift. Firstly i spoke to an amazing lady that assisted me in a department which was not hers. She told me that someone went to the stock room to go check whether there’s a size in the item I liked. Wisaal had chat with me and even tried to get alternatives. 10min went by I’m still waiting. Another assistant came to the floor saying the stock room closed at five but keys were handed over to another manager. I’ve learned that the manager was not in the store but outside! Its now 20min since I’ve waited for a size! A lady came rushing to me without the colour I want but brought other items which I liked but still did not serve justice to my waiting period of 20min. Their size curving on the rails is pathetic as there were only size Smalls on the floor. Their replenishment system sucks and they are suppose to be the best in customer service cause of the value their products. I honestly hope they pull up their socks as we are heading into silly season and their shop will be having lots of traffic.
