Disappointed in Woolworths

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Woolworths. I moved from Checkers to Woolworths to buy my fruits and vegetables because the quality is just outstanding. I enjoy all Woolworths products and buy there at least 3 times a week. This past Saturday morning, I was doing my shopping at Woolworths in Durbanville and purchased 2 packs of sweet chilli ostrich steaks. Last night I cooked them as per the packaging and to my surprise they were so tough, that we had to throw them all away. I have eaten Ostrich many times before and know what the consistency should be like, but three out of the four steaks were literally just sinew. They could not even be chewed. We had to throw it away, drive to Checkers and buy a whole chicken for R54 to eat for dinner. The steaks costs around R26 - R29 for a pack of two, which means I had to pay for dinner twice last night. I am really disappointed in the quality of these steaks and do not expect this from Woolworths. Unfortunately I do not have my slip any more so I do not expect Woolworths do give me a refund, but please please look at the quality of these steaks to avoid customers being disappointed with their purchase in the future.
