Disappointed In Woolworths

Hi. Good day.I am very disappointed. I bought a gammon for almost R300 at your store in Parow Centre. I had guests over on Christmas Day and out of all the stores in the Cape Town area, I thought let me entertain my guests with a Gammon from Woolworths as their products are always top of the notch. And to my surprise it wasnt at all! I prepared it Christmas morning, we had lunch and later the afternoon when I took it out of the fridge for a nibble it was unedible. Like seriously it was embarassing. I literally had to throw it away, which cost me money. I am totally disappointed with the Gammon I purchased. That is not the quality I expect from Woolworths. I just thought I'd let you know. Also I mailed Woolworths personally, almost 2 months later, still no response.
