Disappointed in this store

On the 7th of August I bought a pair of stitched school shoes and sent them to the villages for my son but unfortunately the size was small and his grandmother bought a fitting pair. I lost the slip but had proof on my banking app for the purchase but guess what? On their system the shoes weren’t there but a guest towel for 60r, I never bought that and another issue is my app registered the sale as food so they refused to give me back my money. The shoes are still intact with the labels(Woolworths label) but still they refused as am making up the whole thing whereas my bank shows the purchase. Am so disappointed in their service as they not reliable
