Disappointed in the service I got on their customer service line, spoke to a lady called Stephen she is very irate, her service is the pits. She asked I hold for her right at the beggining of the call without even getting my contact details, worse she didn't even have any idea on how to help with my enquiry and opted on telling me to go to the store yet she knows the branch I use doesn't issue temp cards and when I raised that she decided to keep quite and no answer. I kept on saying hi she was just mute on the other side till I hung up
