Disappointed in the quality of roses

I recently received a bunch of red roses from a friend whom had bought the roses from Woolworths. I had placed the flowers in a vase immediately and the next day it started to wilt and decline . The roses only lasted 3 days !!! Absolutely shocking . I always buy flowers and roses from woolies and the flowers normally last more than 7 days and it's very disappointing that these flowers didn't made it
