Disappointed in Customer Support at Woolies!

Unable to get through to anyone from customer support, I’m home with a sick child unable to go to physical school, wanted assistance with my card as needed it for ordering groceries to my house, but it’s over 24 hours now and still awaiting for the next available agent!
