Disappointed

Bad service. Called the call centre several times as my loan was settlement in the beginning of the year but still shows a balance. It also picks it up on itc which is incorrect. I was assured that the problem was resolved but still not. How can I get assistance as I'm tired of wasting phone calls and time holding on for the call centre.
