Disappointed. Disrespectful. Zero customer service.

The word disappointment does not even come close to what I felt with the service I received from SINDI at Woolworths Mall@Mfula. It’s really sad how she has no clue what customer service is. She talked to me like I was a nothing in front of other customers and her colleagues. I love Woolworths and their quality but its all amount to nothing if this is how I’m gonna be treated by their staff.
