Disappointed customer

So yesterday I went to buy a few items @ Woolworths 1 of which was FR stewing beef meat @ R153.24 got home washed it off prepared it for the braai grill but when had 2 eat it,it was not soft & juicy as we know it should be.can u pls help me on this
