Disappointed customer

I purchased Stila lipgloss in March that promised to stay on the lips for long and that does not stick on contact The lipgloss did the opposite and I returned it to Midlands mall where I purchased it

I went through so much questioning from the ladies at Woolies and eventually was told to leave my details someone from Stila will call

After few weeks the Lady called asking me more questions.

It is now June and no one has contacted me.i don't want you product please refund me my money
