Disappointed Customer

On the website (see attached) the order shows as delivered, Monday, 9 December however I have not received my order or gotten any communication from a courier service.

My order was supposed to be delivered by yesterday, 10 December. I am extremely frustrated as the office closes today (11 December) and I won't be able to receive my order until next mid January!!

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I made sure to order in due time.

I have called twice and been told to wait for the warehouse or send an email. How can I wait for the warehouse when it clearly states in the screenshot that the order has been delivered.

I need my order today!!!!! Please assist. This is so disappointing!
