Disappointed client

Woolworths is a disgrace. I have a Woolworths store Account after being hospitalized I contacted them to make arrangements. They were cruel, unsympathetic and just ignored me. When speaking to the consultant months ago I requested a letter stating that I want to save my account for which I was told its too late. Its been 3 months. They were so unsympathetic towards someone who wanted to make right that it is shocking. I was there to save the account not run away and was treated poorly and told my account is closed without any notice. Do not pretend to be a premium retail brand with a unprofessional attitude. Quality should go to service as well.
