Disappointed by the store

I'm very disappointed with this retail store. I made an online purchases on Friday, 2023-12-29. What surprises me is that the packing was fast but collection of the order by pargo couriers have been the same since Thursday, 2024-01-04 to date. I don't know if the order will arrive before school re-opening. I wrote an email on Wednesday 2024-01-10 informing the store about my situation but no response. If the store fails to deliver my order they must just refund me.
