Disappointed by the delivery service I received.

I made an order(o***) with Woolworths on the 13th of May 2026. On Friday the 15th received an sms stating that my parcel was out for delivery. I waited and no parcel delivered. I then received another sms on Saturday the 16th stating that my deliver was out for delivery.

Later that day at about 19:00 as I was heading out of my complex, I had a brief conversation with the security lady by the gate, then I noticed a woolworths box on top of a table inside the security house. I went inside the security house to check whom the parcel belonged to. It was mine. My parcel was just dropped off by the security at the gate and the delivery guy did not bother to inform me. My phone was on the whole time. Also, I always receive sms notifications if I missed a calls due to network problems. Iam definitely sure that the delivery never tried to call me. The security lady also informed me that she was never going to try to find out who the owner of the box was because that not her job.

I did not appreciate the level of service I received.
