Disappointed

I purchased takkies from Woolworths on the 7th of May 2025 in Campus Square for my son. Unfortunately, after only a short period of use, I have found that the Velcro straps no longer stick properly, and the top part of the shoes has become loose, making them unfit for purpose. This is highly disappointing considering the short time they have been in use and the expectation of durability in woolies. This complaint was put on woolies complaints from the 22nd June today 27th still no response
