DISAPPOINTED AT WOOLWORTH S

I sent my sister to buy my daughter woollies baby walk mates on Saturday September 2020 at Woolworths Cape Town CBD. I realized she took a small size for her and the sole was tearing and had no time to take it back same day, so i went on Wednesday at Cavendish Woolworths to change them, only to be told that the shoes were worn and damaged so they cant take them back as no one was going to buy them. I was disappointed because that was the supervisor who told me that they can not change or re reimburse me for shoes that were worn out, that i bought for R400 within a day the product was already not satisfactory. i need help to get my money back because the product i bought was not up to standard.
