Disappointed at online ordering!!!

I am disappointed at Woolworths (Blackheath and Mall of Africa) to say the least. I ordered soap online after they indicated that it was available online for free delivery and collection. I made payments online and then when i received an order number i then relaxed because i was of the view that all is sorted. Saturday i went to Blackheath to collect my first order but hello i was advised that there is no stock, Now i received a call from Mall of Africa Woolworths. My issue is why then accept orders if you know you do not have stock or you have limited stock. it is frustrating because if i knew you did not have online stock, i would have gone some places to look for it, but here i am on the day of the delivery and i am getting these excuses. Hai please sort this out asap. It is such an unnecessary inconvenience to me as an online shopper.
