Disappointed about the service

I bought a tablet phone for my grade 2 daughter at woolworths alberton about 3 weeks ago. The phone could not read the sim card so I returned it within 7 days. It was taken for repairs or to be checked. The old lady at the shop gave me attitude and hinted that I broke the sim reader. I can't remember her name but it was not Dineo.

Tablet has been sent for repairs it has been two weeks wen i ask dineo says they havent looked at it and she is on leave. When I took the phone the nasty woman said it will take 4 days it is 14 days later.

I bought this tablet for my child to use over the holidays to do her homework. Now she has nothing and schools are opening soon. I am very disappointed woolworths. Never again.
