Disappointed

It’s been an extremely disappointing experience dealing with the call centre agents to say the least.

I’ve been passed from pillar to post, promised escalations and callbacks to look into my case, and still I sit with my issue unresolved, almost 7 months later.

I’m made to feel as though I’m annoying the agents when I call in to ask for help, and I’m quickly shunned away with the promise of a callback that has yet to materialise for something that is of extreme importance to me.

I’ve spoken with multiple different people, to no resolve.

Please train them to do better.
