Disappointed

#WIN.Woolworths Westgate, Mitchell's Plain. My mother and I went into the store they had great savings I store my card on my phone, that day I couldn't find my rewards card .The teller told us that if we do not have a rewards card we would miss out on the sale and pay normal price, my mom then asked the women in line for her card and the teller started scanning without swiping the card and told us she already scanned the items the rewards cannot be used. We could have made her day very difficult by telling to cancel and scan the items again but we didn't instead we paid the normal price, none the less, where is the customer service what happend to "would you like to sign up for a rewards card" or is there no other way my rewards card could have been picked up on the system? Or is it because this was Mitchell's plain? Why do stores need to be defined by the area it's in. It was the first and very unpleasant feeling.
