Disappointed

Yesterday on 21st August I missed a call from one of your drivers and I called back 5 minutes later and he said he was in town and that I should come pick up my package in town and I told him I’m home he should come at the address and he said he called and I didn’t answer, first of all what’s the point of having an alternative number if they don’t call it cause they didn’t call it and only called my number once . Okay fine said he’ll come back following day on the 22nd August, I waited all day and he never came and in the morning I received a message that saying that I would receive my package was on the way and I would receive it by 5pm.
