Disappointed

Im very disappointed in the way my first online purchase was handled. I placed an order on the 27th of July 2024, i didn’t receive any contact since i placed my order. I called in to follow up on my order since i didn't receive any form of contact. I then escalated the matter, after escalating the matter i was told ill receive a call within 24/48hours which i patiently waited, still no call whatsoever, i called in again to let them know the 48hours is way overdue. I was then told the delivery guys could not get hold of me after several attempts then they had to return the item to the warehouse and the item is now out of stock so they will refund me instead. I never received any call from the delivery guys i was the one doing all the calling since i placed my order. How disappointing for a first time purchase.

Whoever the delivery guy was can he please be dealt with for capturing lies on their system because now i had to suffer the consequences of their ********* behaviour
