Disappointed

<p>Im quite disappointed with woolworths online application. I app**** 3 months ago and got approved within the same week. I was told by a lady over the phone that if I give them my account number they'd retrieve my statement on my behalf. But I kept on being bothered for my payslip regardless of this. I asked why did that person ask for my account details noone gave an answer. I went to the store to ask for a temp card and I was told that I was invited to open an account and nothing has been approved. Essentially I got my email and showed the lady at the store. Im still waiting for my store card by the way </p>
