Disappointed

I went to Woolies in Howard Centre to exchange some items without a receipt and was advised to go to the store where I had bought the items, I was so disappointed with the way that the sales person assisted me because no where in Woolies's policies have I ever read of such. That Luqmaan person was really not helpful and I felt so belittled, embarrassed and disappointed as woolies loyal customer.
