Disappointed

I bought a pair of takkies for my toddler iin July had it delivered and he only stared wearing them in August. The quality of your shoes have become very common. As it's not the 1st pair that worns out in just 2months. I no longer receive value for my money at Woolworths when it comes to boys shoes. Yes they are comfortable, but the quality is very disappointing. Shoes only been worn a few times but totally worn out.

I took in the shoes to Woolworths Zevenwacht, and I was told to produce a receipt of which I showed my invoice. The cashiers called each other and started to speak in Afrikaans that "die invoice kannie die skoene se invoice wesie", they called a guy who I assumed is their manager and they discussed and he came and told me they can't assist me.
