Disappointed

I have been a loyal customer for many years because of the quality of your products until this afternoon. I bought a crisp lettuce only to find a worm...WOW!!! Hygiene is 1st priority hence i have always chosen woolworths, this could have endangered family especially my 3year old...i am very disappointed and this has raised a concern.
