Disappointed

Hi Woolies, so with the new BT Ngebs mall opening a couple of months back, obviously we were all excited that we are finally getting a new woollies that will supply us with everything like the other branches in the other cities, but no! Everytime I go to Woolworths they never have all the products I usually buy, for someone who stays in Mthathat full time, but usually buys from Woolies in other cities this is really annoying. Why do I still have to travel hundreds of kilometres to get what I want when there is a store in my town that should be providing such. Please don't put Mthatha people in a box, Woolworths is not new to us so please give us the real thing. Mthatha may be some sort of a rural town, but we've for the cash to buy at Woolworths...don't give us half treatment we want it all because we know what a real Woolworths offers. You are undermining us. Might as well have opened a convenient store at an Engen garage.
