Directors WOOLWORTHS too important to talk to a shareholder with a serious concern

I called Woolworths as a shareholder today. I had to call 5 times and got shunted from pillar to post. I requested to talk to a Director on a serious shareholder matter and was told that I cannot talk to someone as senior as that in your organisation. The only way I, as a shareholder with a serious concern, can communicate with the business is via mail. What an unbelievably arrogant unprofessional and third-rate organisation this is! No wonder your shares are about as valued as a neighbourhood tow truck company
