Digraceful!

<p>About a month ago, we suddenly lost my younger sister. She had a Woolworths account. My parents went to Woolworths at the mall in George to hand in her death certificate. Just that morning, they had to go say their final goodbyes to her at the funeral parlour.</p> <p> </p> <p>When they got to the store, the people there were completely unsympathetic and bul****, my very distraught parents in to settling my sister's account.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is the level of compassion the Woolies employees have, I am very sorry to say, but I will no longer be supporting them at all! Neither will my parents. I will also be sending a letter to Woolworths Head Office.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disgraceful Woolworths! Time to start maybe giving your staff compassion training!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
