did an on line purchase at woolies they took my money only to tell me later that they dont have stock

<p>till today woolworths have not refunded me my money i bought shoes on line and days later they tell me that they dont havestock they will refund me my money and is over a week now they have not refunded me my money why do they allow you to continue with an on line purchase if they dont have stock cant the system tell you that you cant buy that item as there is no stock . </p>
