Despite filling forms,registering online & calling

Good day,<br> <br> I filled the forms to join Woolworths little world in the branch (Mall @ Reds) , Completed online forms and even called the customer service but I have not received the welcome pack or any other confirmation until today.<br> I am very dissappointed
