Despicable service from Woolworths

I am extremely disappointed with the despicable service from Woolworths. I canceled an online order a week ago, and the funds have not yet reflected in my account. Today when I call to enquire what's going on,I am told it will take another 5 days. What the hell takes so long to release our money back into our accounts?????????? Absolutely ridiculous and unsatisfactory
