Den of Lies at it best

Den of lies is best to describe the experience. When you got a problem that normal staff can't resolve they must call a manager that is 1st manager on duty, 2nd managers not on duty, 3rd manager weekend off, 4th manage that never come to you while waiting. It is unbelievable how much lies flies around, when a manager is called. One say he/she is coming, and while waiting an operator say that manager is weekend off that we waiting for. It is properly the worst service I even experienced to date. It is shocking from a company like standards by woolies. Hour spend of my time wastes. One must really just shop at other retailer that cars about there customers.
