DELIVERY went to WRONG PERSON in WRONG PROVINCE

Awaiting an online order to be delivered today - received 2 x emails stating this would be the case. Get a call from Woolworth's Gateway that someone there has received my order - I am in JHB

How has this happened, this is a Birthday Gift and NOW i will be late for the B'day I paid for delivery to my house and this is what I need THIS WEEK!
