Delivery support shocking

The delivery support is shocking. I received incorrect items, which are now beyond the expiry date, and no response to my emails. When I called, they said someone will pick it up within an hour to refund me, but two days later I am still waiting. Some items weren't delivered, but I was still charged for them.
