Delivery service is pathetic

This is the second time I have had a terrible experience with the Fourways branch re: online purchases for delivery. I ordered an orchid and a magazine to be sent to my family member in hospital. ONLY the magazine was delivered as they did not have the orchid in stock. NOBODY bothered to call me to let me know this although I had stated during check out to please call me should this happen. Nor did I even get an email. It is absolutely pathetic to think that Woolworths thought delivering only a magazine would be ok. So horrified. Don't waste your time, go for Netflorist.
