delivery only at rich places

Hi. I am really disappointed that woolworths is still not considering to deliver in vereeniging and vanderbijlpark. I don't see why they wont give us a chance. vereenging's people can still afford and would like to buy food and clothes online and the goods be delivered to them. like my self i buy online all the time even abroad. why is the delivery only in johanneburg? the woolworths in vaaltriangle have food mos.
