Delivery on online shopping

Have only used Woolworths online shopping twice. In both instances, where an item was out of stock, they sent a separate courier with the individual item from another store. It seems wasteful, but shows that they are willing to go the extra mile for your customer.<br> <br> Their competition (PnP online) charges more for delivery, and just removes any items which are not in stock, without letting you know.
