Delivery of item did not match what was ordered online

i would just like to say how disappointed i am in the Online Delivery i did to a memorial Service. What i ordered was not delivered i was not even contacted to say that item was not in stock can they take something else, and woollies is supposed to have standards. when my friend showed me and thanked me for sending the flowers i was a bit embarrassed as that wasn't what i actually ordered. i mean the bouquet was not cheap and paying for delivery you put your trust in woollies to deliver what is shown on their pictures. i have pictures of what i ordered and what was sent. UNACCEPTABLE - and i am a loyal customer.
