Delivery of flowers to the wrong person

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who has just given birth to her first child. I listed the address as well as the ward and room number and verified the details when the driver from Woolworths called. When i checked with my friend, she had not received the roses but the driver said it was delivered and signed for!!!!! I am absolutely livid because i paid R160.00 for roses that was delivered to the wrong person!!!!!
