Delivery dates

Woolworths am not happy with the way you do things when it comes to Delivery, I Ordered a device yestaday and delivery day was the 11 of December knowing that I will Be on certain address for collection, I got sms this morning that my order will be delivered on the 8th December still fine with me. Knowing Al be on the address, now I got a call that state that the delivery has arrived, and am not on the oddress today, when I order this things online, I plan for delivery, so changing dates out of the blue, no does not work, if it is of a certain date let it be, coz of the address that I will use for delivery, so now what will happen to My Order? #o***
