Delivery and staff noise - so unprofessional

<p>Since moving into the Keurboom Close complex on Ranelagh Road opposite the Belevdere Square centre in Claremont Cape Town I have complained about the noise levels of staff and the delivery vehicles. There seemed to have been some progress when Grant from the head office called to say that the delivery vehicles would not disturb the residence on this side of the road anymore as they're moving them to the Belvedere Road side. There is space there to do so. All residence of the complex were very happy as the trucks cause a huge amount of disturbance with the noise they make as well as the staff unpacking them. After many calls to the managers Dion and Ricardo at this branch, I have still yet to see a change. </p> <p>I have no more patience after the 8 months of living here and requesting assitance than to complain on this type of platform. Why can the deliveries not be done on the Belvedere Road side like all the other businesses on Belvedere Road do? Why can the noise levels of staff not be improved on? I cannot understand why it is taking so long to get a clear response and a solution to this problem???</p>
